Kendyl Roundtree represents the future of financial planning. Her career, marked by a diverse educational background and an unwavering commitment to her clients, has led her to become the driving force behind Roundtree Financial and a top-tier service provider within the industry.

Kendyl's academic pursuits began with a rich foundation in communication and human behavior, as she earned her undergraduate degree in Communication with an emphasis in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University. This unique blend of skills, centered around understanding human interactions, would later become a cornerstone in her client-centric approach to financial planning. Continuing to explore her passion for knowledge and business, she pursued and earned her Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School, enhancing her strategic business acumen. Her pursuit of excellence led her to further specialize in the field, culminating in her becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and receiving a Master’s of Science in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University.

Kendyl's prowess extends beyond investments. She has the ability to navigate robust estate plans and manage complex estates that demand coordination with a network of professionals, ranging from tax advisors to attorneys. This seamless collaboration between professionals helps to ensure that her clients' legacies are preserved and passed on effectively and harmoniously.

Kendyl values every one of her clients, whether they are just starting their career or entering retirement. Her ability to tailor strategies to each unique situation underscores her understanding that one size truly does not fit all in financial planning. Kendyl is also committed to developing long-lasting client relationships that result in both personal and financial growth for her clients.

Alongside her loyalty to her clients, Kendyl’s commitment to community and professional networking is evident in her role as the founder of the Calabasas chapter of The W Source. Each chapter of the organization allows local professional women and service providers to communicate, collaborate, and network.

Despite her role as the owner and managing partner, Kendyl remains actively engaged in the art of financial planning. Her hands-on approach and passion for her craft are key drivers in the personalized strategies she offers her clients, ensuring that they are skillfully guided on every step of their financial journey.

Kendyl's background in financial planning is deeply rooted, having started as an intern for her father, Dan Roundtree. Drawing from his expertise, Kendyl has taken over the practice, weaving her unique perspective and skills into the business without forgetting the values instilled in her by her father and his 40 years in the business.

When she isn’t working with clients or managing the practice, Kendyl is passionate about a wide range of hobbies. She enjoys painting, interior decorating, skiing/snowboarding, dirt biking, soccer, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family.

With a 25-year career as a dedicated Practice Manager in the medical field, Colleen Dominguez brings decades of experience and expertise to Roundtree Financial. Her journey through the ever-evolving medical industry has equipped her with the knowledge, skills, and work ethic necessary to manage Roundtree Financial’s day-to-day operations.

Colleen's interest in finance started at a young age. After high school, Colleen attended California Baptist College where she studied accounting and business. Although her career shifted towards the medical field, Colleen reignited her passion for finance and became Roundtree Financial’s Practice Manager.

At Roundtree Financial, Colleen continuously proves to be invaluable to the practice, handling human resources, payroll, compensation structures, and much more. She is currently studying to get her life insurance certification, demonstrating her passion for furthering her industry education.

Colleen’s favorite part about her job is being able to help clients achieve their life goals. She understands the difficulties individuals and businesses can face when planning their financial futures and is passionate about providing the best service possible.

When she isn't immersed in her work or extending a helping hand to others, Colleen enjoys going to the beach, listening to her favorite country songs, and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Colleen's successful career in both the medical field and in finance show that her knowledge and skills are not limited to just one industry. Her ability to quickly adapt and multitask allow her to excel in her role as Practice Manager and expertly balance her many responsibilities.

Tiffany Skadron is a multifaceted professional with a background in education and sales. Her interpersonal communication skills and ability to multitask make her a vital asset within the Roundtree Financial team. As an Executive Assistant, Tiffany's exceptional organizational skills and client-focused approach play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering top-tier service.

Before joining the Roundtree Financial team, Tiffany worked as a teacher’s aide and substitute teacher, primarily for young children. She also has experience in sales, working in the food & beverage industry connecting customers with desired products. In these roles, Tiffany learned many valuable communication skills and how to deal with a diverse array of clientele.

At Roundtree Financial, Tiffany performs many crucial tasks both behind the scenes and directly with clients. She is responsible for managing Kendyl’s schedule, filing, client onboarding and more. Tiffany serves as the bridge between clients and Roundtree Financial and gets to know them on a personal level.

Tiffany’s favorite part of her role as Executive Assistant is interacting with clients. Her previous experience in education has taught her that there is no one-size fits all approach to communication. Listening and understanding are at the forefront of her approach to providing unparalleled service. Whether she is assisting with documents or setting up their next appointment, Tiffany is always there to support each client. Besides helping clients in need, she is also responsible for coordinating client appreciation, sending gifts for birthdays and other notable life events.

When she is not working with clients or managing important schedules, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her daughters, watching sports, and travelling anywhere and everywhere.

Tiffany’s expertise as an Executive Assistant, coupled with her background in education and sales, adds a unique dimension to Roundtree Financial's client-centric approach. With her at the helm of coordination and support, clients can expect nothing less than excellence in service.

With a career spanning over 30 years, David Schrempf has seen success as an entrepreneur, consultant, chief operating officer, CEO, and financial planner. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in political science and psychology, David started his own business venture and worked with renowned retail companies including Rite Aid, Albertsons, Safeway, Longs, Toys R Us, and Kroger. David also worked in the dental products industry, managing global logistics and international operations.

In 2009, David decided to switch his career path to financial planning, obtaining his Series 6, 63, and 65 soon after and being certified in life, health, accident, property, and auto insurance. David is also a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) specializing in 401k’s, 403b’s, and retirement planning overall. David primarily focuses on the corporate side of financial planning, having experience with corporate benefits, executive compensation, and working one-on-one with employers to create the most beneficial plans for employees.

Besides his countless certifications and business experience, David also brings his passionate and caring nature into his role as a financial planner. Using his background in insurance, David has worked with terminally ill patients to navigate their financial situations and provided continued education for social workers so that they can help patients become financially literate. Due to his expertise in insurance and financial planning for terminally ill patients, David has been a keynote speaker at many esteemed institutions and organizations including Johns Hopkins, the National Association of Oncology Social Workers, and MD Anderson Cancer Center.

When David isn’t working, he can be found practicing his photography skills, shooting archery, and being a part of the Civil Air Patrol with his children. He also loves fostering and taking care of dogs without a home.

David’s passion for his clients, extensive business experience, and numerous certifications are what set him apart from other financial planners in his industry.
